Can we import our existing Excel lists?
Yes. Structure, milestones and effects can be imported via Excel with a dry run. Every list can also be exported back to Excel.
Can it be used to monitor employees?
No. The TMO tool deliberately has no evaluations per person and no rankings. Everyone only sees their own area.
Where is our data stored?
We operate the TMO tool; the database is in Frankfurt (EU). Each customer's data is strictly separated.
